3.1. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label or instructions for returning the item(s) to our designated return address.


3.2. Please securely package the item(s) to be returned and affix the provided return shipping label to the package.


3.3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier's location or schedule a pickup, as instructed.


4. Refunds & Exchanges


4.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.


4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective or damaged.


4.3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
